We shall identify and train Higher Education Teachers, Research Scholars and Administrative Staff in various knowledge areas and skills. We shall also establish an effective learning environment in order to acquire a proper mind-set so that our Teachers, Research Scholars and Administrative staff emerge as competent professionals. This will be measured by the efforts taken to retain our manpower; programme innovations; ensuring equal opportunities; exploiting ICT technology for quality sustenance and cost effectiveness; financial management; integration with similar institutions; transparency in our functions and maintaining ethical standards. We subject ourselves to both internal and external quality assessment.
